We, the scientists and clinicians from ACTREC- Tata Memorial Centre, have initiated this outreach program to generate funds through donations to sponsor the COVID-19 vaccine for
underprivileged individuals (contractual staff in a residential society complex, street
vendors, construction site workers, etc.) in our neighborhood.

BENEFICIARIES OF OUR INITIATIVE
Our beneficiary list of the underprivileged is composed of:
1. Underprivileged individuals working at residential society complex: domestic help, security guards, gardeners, electrician, plumbers, and other contractual staff.
2. Underprivileged individual working outside residential society, such as street vendors, autorickshaw drivers, contractual workers, etc.

CORE OBJECTVES OF COVISCIENCE@ACTREC

Phase I: With the approval and support of Panvel Municipal Corporation, we would vaccinate up to 30 underprivileged individuals above 45 yrs, each day for next 3 months, at govt vaccination centers. In addition, we will distribute 10,000 sanitation kits.

2. Phase II: Acquire commercial vaccines and sponsor vaccination of those between 18-44 yrs at ACTREC- Tata
Hospital, Kharghar.
We anticipate Phase I to start by June 1st and Phase II by June 15th.
